Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: ✔ To secure your spot in the program, full registration is required. ✔ Upon signing up, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details, including access to the group and upcoming sessions. ✔ If you have chosen the Private Session Add-on, you will receive a separate email with scheduling instructions. Cancellation & Refund Policy: ✔ Cancellations before the program starts: If you need to cancel your participation, please do so at least 48 hours before the start date. This allows us to offer the spot to another participant. ✔ 1:1 Private Sessions: If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled session. If no cancellation is made within this timeframe, the session will be marked as a no-show and cannot be rescheduled or refunded. ✔ No refunds will be issued after the program has started, as spots are limited.
